Where We Ship

  • We ship all over India and internationally!

  • We do our best to reach most places, but sometimes remote areas and places where courier service isn’t available are tricky.

How We Ship

  • In India, we offer both standard and express shipping.

  • We use private courier services to deliver your orders.

  • We’ll choose the best shipping method for your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are based on your order’s weight and where it’s going.

  • The faster you want it, the more the shipping cost.

  • No hidden fees!

  • We don’t have free shipping yet.

Delivery Time

  • Within India, you’ll usually get your order in 5-7 working days (and sometimes even faster!).

  • Delivery times are estimates, so they might vary a bit.

  • Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you the tracking info so you can follow its journey!

  • Keep in mind that holidays and weather can sometimes cause delays.

  • Need it fast? Just ask us about express shipping!

Order Processing

  • We’ll pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days.

  • If you order a lot of items, it might take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

  • We ship on weekends and holidays too!

Shipping Restrictions

  • Good news! There are no restrictions on what products we can ship, either within India or internationally.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your order gets lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider directly.

  • You can use your tracking number to get in touch with them.

  • We’ll work with the courier company to get it sorted out, and we’ll replace your order depending on their response.

  • Since it depends on the courier company, we can’t say exactly how long it will take to resolve these issues.

International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship internationally!

  • International shipping costs vary by location, but it’s usually around ₹1000 per KG.

  • You don’t have to worry about customs duties, taxes, or import fees – there are no fees applicable for our products.

  • The courier company is responsible for international returns, lost shipments, and damaged shipments.

General Stuff

  • If we update this policy, we’ll let you know via email.

  • You can track your order in your account on our website, and we’ll also email you the tracking information.

  • We don’t offer shipping insurance.
