We ship all over India and internationally!
We do our best to reach most places, but sometimes remote areas and places where courier service isn’t available are tricky.

In India, we offer both standard and express shipping.
We use private courier services to deliver your orders.
We’ll choose the best shipping method for your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on your order’s weight and where it’s going.
The faster you want it, the more the shipping cost.
No hidden fees!
We don’t have free shipping yet.
Delivery Time
Within India, you’ll usually get your order in 5-7 working days (and sometimes even faster!).
Delivery times are estimates, so they might vary a bit.
Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you the tracking info so you can follow its journey!
Keep in mind that holidays and weather can sometimes cause delays.

Order Processing
We’ll pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days.
If you order a lot of items, it might take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated.
We ship on weekends and holidays too!
Shipping Restrictions
Good news! There are no restrictions on what products we can ship, either within India or internationally.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order gets lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider directly.
You can use your tracking number to get in touch with them.
We’ll work with the courier company to get it sorted out, and we’ll replace your order depending on their response.
Since it depends on the courier company, we can’t say exactly how long it will take to resolve these issues.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally!
International shipping costs vary by location, but it’s usually around ₹1000 per KG.
You don’t have to worry about customs duties, taxes, or import fees – there are no fees applicable for our products.
The courier company is responsible for international returns, lost shipments, and damaged shipments.

You can track your order in your account on our website, and we’ll also email you the tracking information.
We don’t offer shipping insurance.
