Order Cancellation

• Need to cancel? You can do it within 24 hours of ordering.

• Just cancel through your account on our website or email us at order@bvrorganic.com.

• No cancellation fees!

• If you’ve already been charged, you’ll get your money back (within 14 days via Razorpay).

Refunds

• We’ll refund you if your items arrive damaged, or if we sent you the wrong stuff, or if you cancelled your order.

• Sorry, no refunds if you used the items or simply changed your mind.

How to Get a Refund

• Email us at order@bvrorganic.com, or cancel through your account page (if you made one).

• Please provide your Order Number and Email ID.

• We’ll process your refund within 7-14 working days.

• You can choose a refund as store credit or back to your original payment method.

• Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

• We do not accept returns.
